You may receive your email through another email client such as a mobile device or desktop application.

Please use the following settings when configuring your email client

Account Type: IMAP
 User Name: Your complete e-mail address ([email protected])
Password:  Your email password
Incoming Mail Settings  
Incoming Mail Server: mail.cirkuit.net
Incoming Port: 993
Encryption: SSL/TLS
Authentication Normal Password
User Name: Your complete e-mail address ([email protected])
Password: Your email password
Outgoing Mail Settings  
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.cirkuit.net
Outgoing Port: 465
Encryption: SSL/TLS
Authentication: Normal Password
User Name: Your complete e-mail address ([email protected])
Password: Your email password


Setting names may vary between email clients

If you are having issues, double check your password and port numbers are correctly set for both the incoming (port 993) and outgoing (port 465) mail settings. You may have to locate the advanced server serttings in your email client to verify these. Some devices may not let you set advanced server options until the auto-detection process fails (iOS does this). After failure, you can still proceed, then you should be able to manually set the port numbers and authentication settings in the advanced mail server settings. If you have verified all settings are correct and are still having issues, try rebooting your device. You can also verify that your password is correct by logging in to webmail.
