The Zip2Tax service allows you to calculate tax based on postal code without having to manage your own postal code to tax database. To use the zip2tax feature, you must subscribe to the zip2tax database interface access at www.zip2tax.com.

Select Configure->Tax Settings under the SEO-Cart left navigation menu.

Select Zip2Tax from the Tax Setting drop down menu towards the top of the page.

Enable the checkbox to "Enable Zip2Tax to calculate tax based on postal code".

Enter your username and password provided to you by Zip2Tax.

Click the Update button towards the bottom right corner of the page.
