Enable International Shipping: Check the International Shipping checkbox and fill out the international shipping information if you want to offer International shipping for a flat-rate.

International Shipping Method Name: Enter the shipping method name that you will be using to send your international shipments.

International Shipping Method Price: Enter the flat-rate price that you would like to charge for international shipping.

Domestic Shipping Method Name: Enter the shipping method name that you will be using to send your shipments made within the United States, or your domestic country.

Domestic Shipping Method Price: Enter the flat-rate price that you would like to charge for domestic shipping.
