An after order discount is similar to a Manual Order, however, the discount is created for a customer after they place an order on your website. After Order Discounts can be used as an incentive for your customers to come back and make new purchases on your website.
Note: You can apply an after order discount for purchases that are made within your store or within a specified category of your store.

Select Marketing->Discounts & Coupons under the SEO-Cart left navigation menu.
