Within SEO-Cart you can choose only specific countries that you would like to ship to. To do this, you must do the following:

1. Login to your SEO-Cart account and go to Configure->Shipping Settings
2. Enable International shipping for your desired shipping merchant. 
3. Once enabled and you save your settings, scroll down on the shipping settings page and you will see a new section for “Shipping Countries”. 
4. Choose the option to "Ship to only selected countries" and choose only the countries you would like to ship to.
5. Click the Update button to save your settings.
